Set up the session
Name it, add courts, and choose singles or doubles, partner rules and how strictly to balance skill.
Players join from their phones
Share a link or QR code. Players add their name and, if allowed, the partner they want to play with.
Check in and start
RallyFlow suggests the next match for every free court and says why those four were picked.
Record results, repeat
Players rejoin the queue as courts free up. Waits, games played and repeat partners stay visible all session.
Matchmaking balances waits, games and variety. It cannot make every game perfectly even.

- Share the QR code so players join from their phones, or add walk-ins yourself and check them in.
- Start the session. RallyFlow suggests a fair match for every free court and says why; tap any name to swap a player.
- Players see their court and place in line live on their phones.
- Record results. Players go back in the queue automatically.
- Follow fairness, top players and history, and download it all as CSV.

Questions organizers ask
Do players need to download an app or make an account?
No. Players scan the QR code or enter the session code in their phone’s browser and type their name. They can add RallyFlow to their home screen if they like.
What does it cost?
Open play is free, and your first tournament is free too. After that, Pro is ₱99 (Intro price for your first month, then ₱99) and Max is ₱249 (Intro price for your first month, then ₱249). One-time QR Ph payments; nothing renews.
Do I need a TV?
No. The court display is optional. It runs in the browser of any TV, tablet or laptop by the courts.
What if the internet drops at the courts?
Check-ins, breaks and results you record are kept on your phone and sent when the connection is back.
Does it work for doubles and singles?
Yes. Doubles or singles, rotating or fixed partners, and optional skill balancing.
Can other organizers help run it?
Yes. Invite co-organizers to your club and they can run sessions with you.
I paid the courts for the group. Can RallyFlow split it?
