Group pay
Paid the courts for the group? Group pay turns the cost into a link for your group chat. Each player takes a spot, sees their share and your payment QR, and taps I've paid. You see who still owes, without chasing anyone. It works for courts booked anywhere: Reclub, the venue, or a message to the owner. RallyFlow doesn't book courts.
RallyFlow never holds or moves this money. Players pay you directly, from their GCash, Maya or bank app, or in person. You confirm each payment yourself.
1. Make the link
In RallyFlow, open Group pay (or Split a court booking on your club's page) and choose New group pay. Enter what it's for, the total and how many players. Split it equally (the extra pesos go on the first spots: ₱1,000 for 7 players is six shares of ₱143 and one of ₱142) or set an amount per spot. If you're playing too, keep I'm one of the players on: you take spot 1, already paid. Then upload your payment QR (a screenshot from your GCash, Maya or bank app) or choose Pay me in person.
2. Share it
Copy the link or tap Share to send it to Messenger or Viber. Players don't need an account. The link shows a preview with the share and how many have paid.
3. Players take a spot and pay you
Each player types their name to take a spot, then sees their share, your QR and account name. After paying they tap I've paid, with the reference number if they like. Only you and that player see the reference. Until they say they've paid they can leave their spot; after that only you can change it. When every spot is taken, others can join a waitlist.
4. Confirm and remind
Your page shows who has paid, who says they paid and who still owes. Check your GCash or Maya, then tap Mark paid (or Waive). Copy reminder gives you a message for the chat with who still owes and the link. Add or remove spots any time: with an equal split the unpaid shares are split again, and paid shares keep their amount. When you're done, close the link. For a regular game, Same group next week copies it with everyone unpaid again.
Session fee or Group pay?
Both let players pay you directly. They're for different things:

Don't use both for the same game, or players pay twice. A session fee is set on the session itself, in the new session form or the session's Settings.
Plans
Free: up to 3 open links at a time, with up to 16 spots each. With Pro, Max or Pro Max running on your account: unlimited open links, up to 40 spots each, and your club's logo and colour on the link when you tag a club the plan covers.
Good to know
- Anyone with the link sees the names on it, the amounts, who has paid and your payment QR. Share it with your group only.
- Links close on their own 14 days after the game (30 days after you made them, without a date), and are deleted 180 days after closing.
